As per your query , I would glad to inform you that it is not at all possible to get admission in any government college in the course in which admissions are done through entrance . In government insitutions ,competition is quite high due to large number of applicants and accepting one student which cut off will be highly unfair for others

PESSAT is the entrance examination for PES University. This University is Ranked 93rd Among top Universities of engineering by NIRF. For Bachelor of Engineering program KCET is also applicable for admission in any Engineering Stream.
As you have secured 3742 Rank in PESSAT, Unfortunately you cannot get admission in Computer Science Engineering in any of the Campuses according to 2020 cut off rank for PESSAT was 719 for Computer Science Engineering Stream. Admission in BSc Biotechnology course in Manipal University is purely on merit basis and not on any entrance exam.
The eligibility criteria is as such:
For Indian Boards:
Pass in 10+2 or equivalent with Biology, Chemistry, English and Physics / Biotechnology / Mathematics / any other Life Sciences subject as optional subject, from a recognized Board with minimum 55 % aggregate marks or equivalent, taken together in Biology, Chemistry and Physics / Biotechnology / Mathematics / any other Life Sciences subject.
A Level
Biology, Chemistry and Biotechnology / Mathematics / Physics / any other Life Science subject in the ‘A’ Levels plus English in the ‘AS’ Level / IGCSE / GCSE and Minimum requirement is an average of ‘C’ grade but not less than ‘D’ grade in Chemistry, Biology and optional subject.
For IB Board
Biology, Chemistry, English, and Physics / Biotechnology / Mathematics or any other Life Science subject and IB Diploma or IB Certificate with minimum average of 4 points for Biology, Chemistry and Physics / Biotechnology / Mathematics or any other Life Science subject with overall minimum 24 points

Amity University has the two eligibility criteria to get admission into B.SC Biotechnology which are as follows:
1) 60% aggregate marks in class 12th with minimum 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology.
2) On the basis of subject-specific written test conducted by the university followed by GD/P.
So yes they conduct specific test for subject that candidates choose and English language test followed by GD or PI.

After clearing the KVPY examination, you can get direct admission into top institutes like IISc and the various IISERs. If you want to be a part of IISc, you must appear for KVPY as the cutoff for admissions into IISc are very high. After clearing KVPY, you will receive a scholarship (monthly and yearly) during the basic science course (3 years or 5 years integrated course). For SA/SX/SB- During 1 st to 3 rd years of - BSc/BS/BStat/BMath / Integrated MSc /MS, candidates get an Annual Contingency Grant of Rs 20,000 (monthly Rs 5,000), while for SA/SX/SB- During MSc /4 th to 5 th years of Integrated MSc /MS/MMath/MStat, an Annual Contingency Grant of Rs 28,000 (Monthly Rs 7,000) is awarded.
A KVPY scholar is also allowed free entry to all National libraries in the country. KVPY scholars have the opportunity to attend various seminars and summer camps. These summer programs are organized separately for different streams. You can spend one to two weeks in scientific institutions under the experts' guidance in different fields of science, engineering/ medicine. You get to watch scientists at work, interact with them and visit nearby research laboratories and institutions.

Great to hear that you wish to continue your studies with specialization in Pharmacy. Dear, you will have number of colleges where admission is processed only on the basis of 10+2 percentage, but in states like Orissa, West Bengal, admission is solely done based on their state JEE rank. If you are interested to do BA Honours in Spanish in entrance exam you have to do study culture for Spanish language only. This BA Honours in Spanish language there is communicative English and value added German and French language also. The study culture is also the subject in first year BA Honours in Spanish language.
