A student can only be eligible for state quota if he or she has the domicile for that specified state. If you are a student from Telangana, having the domicile of Telangana, then you wont be eligible for the seat reservation for State quota in other states.

However, you may get the colleges from all over the country, under the 15% seats reserved in AIQ.

See through AIQ counselling you can either apply for government medical colleges or for deemed universities but for management quota seat in AYAAN INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES, Telangana you have to participate in state counselling because management quota seats are only filled through state quota counselling or from direct admission. And also note that the EWS reservation is only applicable for central universities through AIQ counselling conducted by DGHS on the behalf of MCC.

As you know the cutoff varies every year depending on various factors. As you are of EWS quota you will have 10% reservation seats. I don't think you will have any chances for getting a seat in government medical colleges under AIQ rank.

You can try for the state quota you might grab the seat as there are 85% state quota seat.

It's a little difficult to predict that whether you will get  seat or not as  cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 482 marks   you hold  a low chance for a seat in a Government Medical College

We don't have Neet 2019 cutoff data for ews category under Maharashtra state quota but yes in neet  2019, 539 marks for general category was the lowest mark to get an mbbs seat in  Government Medical College,   under  Maharashtra State quota and it was for  Government Medical College and Hospital, Gondia and cutoff for ews category is similar to that of general category ,there is not much difference ,so with 482 marks your chances of getting a seat in Government Medical College is  low

But yes,
with your marks you have chances for Government quota seat in following private medical college under Maharashtra state quota:-
