I am sorry to in form you that you cannot apply as an EWS certificate. As you have mentioned yourself as a general candidate in your application form, you will only be treated as a general category student.
Even if you upload your certificate now, authorities will not consider it.

Usually the ews certificate is valid just for one year (or 6 months ) .First check out the validity of your news certificate .I think it should be 1 year .So accordingly you can calculate by yourself whether your certificate will be valid or not at the time of counselling .

On such marks and category you have low chances of getting MEDICITI INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES according to previous year's cut-off.
