Nothing can be said with surety, as cut off change every year. But if we go by the trends in the cut off in the recent years, then with your ews rank of 14262, you do have some chance of getting admission in NIT Calicut or maybe NIT

Sorry to say that with a rank of 18,000 in ews category it is difficult for getting a seat in an Nit as  the total seats for ews are under 3000.
