Dear Aspirant,
For this score you may get into some government college as per my opinion and as well you have a ews category . As a non-medical student I have researched a lot about the cutoffs and ranks for NEET 2020 and got to a conclusion that you can get a seat in Government college in Odisha. Attend the counselling procedures and you are good to go.
I got some references for your question. Kindly go through it and you will be cleared about your doubt.

Good Luck !!!
Please tellm e your All India Rank for better prediction.
If you tell me your AIR I can tell you about your chanecs in other private colleges all over india as well as these colleges (except for MP,Maharashtra anda few other states) are open states for private medical seats.
With your stae rank being 60,000 in Madhya Pradesh and assuming you to be from General Category (EWS) your chances of getting a seat in a private medical college are not high however you may check it using https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor
Greetings, Aanchal.
Unfortunately, I don't think anything can be done about it at this point. The problem is that had you applied through EWS category in the beginning you would have been given an EWS category rank which would have been used for your college admissions and seat allocation right till the counselling process where they'd have asked you for your EWS certificate.
As it stands, the situation is that you will not have your name in the EWS category list of ranked students and so the universities providing admission will not look much into it as they have their own guidelines to follow when it comes to seat filling.
Since there is not much of a difference in EWS ranking and General ranking of candidates in most exams, I am assuming and really hoping that it is the same in your case so you should be able to get the same colleges (+1 or -1) that you'd have got with an EWS rank.
Best of luck for your admissions!
