Congratulation for you JEE MAIN rank , sorry to say but according to previous year cutoffs, with this rank you can not get into any NITs or GFTIs rather you can try your luck in CSAB special counselling where you have a chance to get any of those

As per the previous year cutoffs for NITs , at 18823 EWS rank or 118712 CRL rank it is quite impossible even to get admission in any of the NITs.

You may get admission in state level colleges in good branch or you can opt for these branches

Honestly speaking with your rank and category you can get other branches at all the above mentioned college, but not CSE,

Although if you go to special round counseling the  you might get CSE at NIT Agarthala or NIT Sikkim.

But definitely not at pec at any cost.
