A student is eligible to participate in the BHU UET counselling after the desired cut off marks and also the ranks are achieved.
Based upon the marks which have been stated by you and the previous year cutoffs, it will be bit difficult for you to qualify for
IF YOU ARE A HOME STATE CANDIDATE
u can get get EEE, ECE,MECH and CSE( in the final round) if you are planning till final round…(I'm not sure this would be the same scenario this year as it has moved to it's own campus)!

No, with this rank you cannot get seat with EWS Category and Home state category as well.
The cutoff will goes upto 50,000 only for special rounds.
