Chances are quite bleak for you to get admission in any IIITs with 79.76percentile even considering Gen-EWS.Try to participate patiently till the later rounds in the councelling/special round and you might get IIITs like Agartala,Bhagalpur.

General category:

Home state: 31k-76k

All India : 42k-56k

So according this rank data it requires something about 93 percentile minimum in Jee mains so that you can get CSE

(100-percentile) *number of students appeared/100

That will be in range 130500-180000.

For this rank even you belong to ews category you won't get any NIT very easily unless your home state quota is northeastern states.
