I belong to ews category but secured rank in open category for a post in public sector undertaking . Am i not fit to get the post in open category?

I belong to general category,but I have applied for ews category.I am not sure whether I will get the certificate for ews or not.Should I change my category from general to ews in neet phase 2 registration or not??will there be any problem if I not show the ews certificate at counselling??

Hello Pasupuleti

You are very much fit and eligible to get the post in open category since you have got the necessary marks for it. Probably you dont know this but there has been no law that prescribes reservation for general category candidates as far as public employment is concerned and hence there is no question of reserved category candidates being selected against their seats. I hope your doubt is clear now.
