The tentative dates for Counselling for different courses are as around the third-fourth week of June although the official schedule will be released shortly. Till then, keep a track of the schedule and make sure you have the following documents -

The cutoff of NEET 2019 MP will be released in the last week of August, after the counselling session is over. MP MBBS cutoff 2019 will be published for 15% All India Quota and 85% State Quota seats. It will provide admission to 1750 MBBS and 1164 BDS seats

See, it depends upon the institution if they have securely kept the records of your documents and certificate.
