See, it depends upon the institution if they have securely kept the records of your documents and certificate.

You can call and ask them if they have your records, otherwise you can search from the official website of board to which your school is affiliated to.

Hi Shubhangi, there are no chances of you getting admission in Armed Forces Medical College, Pune. According to the cutoffs of previous years, it is not possible to get admission with this rank. You can try in other colleges to get the admission.
