I have submitted EWS certificate of validity 2020-2021 at the time of applying Ap EAMCET, so can I submit a New EWS certificate at correction time or else the old one can be valid

Piyush kesarwani 18th Apr, 2022

Hello aspirant,

I would like to tell you that the EWS certificate must be issued every year as The certificate is mostly used as an income certificate that provides reservation for the job and is rewarded to an eligible person. So, if your certificate was only valid for 2020-21 year, and you have submitted that EWS certificate, then it won;t be valid for the AP EAMCET and the it won't be accepted at time of the counselling.

So, during the correction time you have to upload a valid and a new EWS certificate issued on or after 1st April 2022 for this year which will be accepted for AP EAMCET. The EWS certificate is basically received within 7- 21 days after applying for it. The EWS is valid for only a year after receiving .

I hope that this will help.

Further, if you need more details and additional information about AP EAMCET exam, and any other relevant info, then you can follow the link below : https://www.careers360.com/exams/ap-eamcet

I hope that this will help.

iam a muslim belonging to bc e under state reservation should/can i also apply for ews ¿ if applied can i get the rewards of ews in ts eamcet 2022

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 18th Apr, 2022

Hi

I am extremely sorry to tell you dear but you cannot have ews reservation.

This is because,

You belong to BC-E  which is a sub category of OBC i. e you belong to obc  but to be eligible for ews reservation you should not be covered under any scheme of reservation for OBC/ SC /ST category and as you belong to obc, you are not eligible for ews

For your reference,

EWS eligibility is provided below:-

-------------------) you shouldn't be covered under the scheme of reservation for OBCs ,SCs and STs

-------------------)your gross family annual income from all sources i.e. salary, agriculture, business, profession, etc. must be less than 8 lakh rupees

-------------------) irrespective of the annual family income one won't be eligible for ews reservation if his /her family owns

a) agricultural land of 5 acres and above

b) Residential area of 1000 sq ft. and above

c) Residential plot of 100 sq. yards and above in notified municipalities

d) Residential, plot of 200 sq. yards or  above 200 sq. yards in  the areas which are those other than the notified municipalities.

You can check the same at its official page the link is provided below

hello sir I am Harsha I applied for EAMCET 2022 before 2days, I have submitted EWS certificate (it has validity from 2020-2021) so is this certificate can be valid or I have to submit a new valid certificate

vyshnava kumar 19th Apr, 2022

Hello aspirant,

Hope you are doing great.

So with regard to your query, you had already mentioned that the validity of your EWS certificate is expired by the year 2021. So this won't be valid for the exam which is being conducted for the year 2022. You need to renew it, you should apply for the new one and then submit it.

Hope this helps you,

Thankyou.

with gate score of 591 cse EWS ,can anybody please suggest me the colleges i should focus for mtech admission

Piyush kesarwani 17th Apr, 2022

Hello aspirant,

I would like to tell you that with the above GATE Score you have good chances to get NIT's like :

NIT andra Pradesh

NIT Surathkal

NIT Warangal

NIT Sikkim, etc.

When it comes to the GATE score for IIT, it is not fixed. It depends on the individual institutes and their GATE Cutoff marks. However, if we talk about the previous results, the student must score a GATE rank up to or below 200 . Moreover, students can also get a seat in IIT if the rank is around 600 to 800. Every year, the maximum GATE 2022 cutoff for admission in NIT goes up to 800-850, the minimum cutoff stands at 350-400 . There a score range of 500 to 600 can be considered as a good performance in the GATE exam. You can the list of NITs in which you can get admission for a GATE score of 500 to 600.

Further, please note that the above prediction may vary also, as the GATE cutoff bound to change every year.

Further, if you wish to know more details about the GATE Qualifying Cutoff you can follow the below mentioned link to knwo more about it : https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/gate-cutoff

Also, if you wish to know about your admission in other colleges, follow the below GATE College predictor tool,:

I hope that this will help.

I belong to 3a category can I avail EWS certificate

piyush singh 16th Apr, 2022

Hello, I hope you are doing well

Category 3A falls under the OBC Category, and EWS reservation is for those Candidates who belong to General Category and whose annual income from all sources combined is less than 8 lakhs per annum.

Those Candidates who belong to General Category and do not claim any benefits of OBC,SC,ST only are eligible for EWS reservation.

But since 3A belongs to OBC, you are not eligible for EWS certificate.

You can apply as an OBC candidate for the competitive exams you want to give.

Hope this helps

I Have Completed My 12th from Delhi. But i live in UP. My father have income certificate and EWS certificate of mine is of UP. Will I get ews reservation and fee waiver on the basis of these documents?

Subhalaxmi Biswal 18th May, 2022

Hello Aspirant,

A valid EWS certificate is applicable everywhere in this country.

If you are opting for acknowledgement into government institutions then you are suitable for a 10% reservation according to the rules and regulations.

You require to renew it from time to time. The validity period of the certificate must be depicted on the certificate. Mostly the validity is one year.

I hope it helps.

Thank you.
