No, you cannot change your category  from general to any reserved category .

You cannot change it to ews from general.

Nope! During the Admission/counselling round, the category can't be changed. The main reason behind it is that during the results, the category wise ranks are provided as a result, the declaration of the category is required during the form fill up.

Chances are less in this rank but you can definitely try for a seat even if not in government colleges then in the private colleges .Go through the counselling procedure thoroughly.Keep a close eye on the counselling procedure.

If your ews certificate is issued on 21/09/2020 then your certificate is surely for the fiscal year 2020-21. Now if you have provided that the validity is for the year 2019-20, then it won't be applicable as the certificate is surely for the fiscal year 2020-21.
