Yes you will have to submit your EWS certificate to claim EWS reservation for JEE-Main and you will have to upload your EWS certificate during application process of JEE-Main.
Also for your reference, let me tell you one thing that If you don't have your reserved category certificate

You would have to issue your EWS Certificate after April 2022, if you want to use it for JEE Mains 2022 and avail the benefit of EWS Quota.
