Hello Sanjeev! I hope you are doing well.
Though it is very much possible to miss or fill in incorrectly some details while filling out the registration form for NEET, due to anxiety or some misunderstandings or whatever reasons, however the correction window for making any changes in the registration form has been closed and therefore it is not possible as of now to make any changes.
Also, your final result(ranking) will be according to what category you applied for while registrationing and not according to EWS.
Though I've not come across any such notification yet, however, do keep a lookout on your state's NEET counselling website if they provide you with any options, If not, I'd advise you to apply for the general cateogry since your result and ranking will be based on that.
I hope I was able to answer your query. Feel free to ask any other questions you might have.
All the best for your results!!
Dear aspirant!
Hope you are doing well ! See, to get nits you have to give only jee mains , on the jee mains basis you get the colleges , for an obc and ews Candidate if you get top nits you need to get at least 98 percentile marks in jee mains ,if you just want to enter in nit without any issue of branch then you have to get 95 percentile at least . Then after getting rank under 2.5 L you get qualify for jee advanced . Jee advanced paper is tougher than jee . If you score 30 Percent of total marks in jee advanced you get the iits ,the dreams of many .
Hope it helps you!
Thanking you!
Hello Aspirant,
If we go through previous year's data of seat allotment, then on the basis of an EWS rank mentioned by you in the question, you have good chances in following GFTIs: -
Assam University, Silchar - Electronics and Communication Engineering
Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar - Electronics and Communication Engineering
Institute of Technology, Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya (A Central University), Bilaspur, (C.G.) - Electronics and Communication Engineering
Mizoram University, Aizawl - Electrical Engineering
Note that the above prediction has been made on the basis of latest cut-offs available and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
