I belong to bihar,but i completed my study until Xth from delhi and XIIth from AMU,i know i have no state quota from delhi and up because requirements no fulfilled.But i have residential and birth certificate of bihar and ews certificate from delhi ,am i eligible for state quota in neet from bihar.
