I am a general and my family income is less than 3 Lakhs, my father has no property but my grandmother have and we live in that flat. So, am I eligible for EWS?

Subhrajit Mukherjee 8th Jan, 2021
It depends on the dimension of the flat. If doesn't satisfy the land area condition then there can be a possibility of not getting it. If your father is the only son then there can be a problem. If not then there can be some loop.holes to get the certificate.
