The EWS reservation has been implemented from the year 2019 by government of india. But due to some  reason it is not provided in karnataka state 2019 neet ug counselling.

The validity of your EWS Certificate is One financial Year. And in India the Financial year starts in April and ends in March. Going by this, the validity of your EWS Certificate expired in March 2020. And so it is not valid anymore. You have to get your EWS Certificate
