EWS Category Certificate is issued only on the basis of valid Income Certificate .
You might have valid EWS Certificate but your Income Certificate has been expired till now as validity for the same is mostly 6 months .
It's very much better for you to rush and go the Tenhsil Office of your area and make your new Income Certificate. Otherwise, you won't be able to get a seat in any Government Medical College under EWS Category Quota.
As for your admission under EWS Category ultimately requires EWS Certificate at any cost, like that only you must have your valid Income Certificate of that year .

To qualify in AP EAPCET, the candidates belonging to General category, EWS and BC category must score minimum 25% marks or 40 marks out of 160 marks in AP EAPCET. Candidates who score 40 or above in AP EAPCET will be included in the rank list. Candidates belonging to the above mentioned categories scoring less than 40 marks will not be included in the rank list. There is no minimum qualifying mark for candidates belonging to SC/ST category but their admission is restricted to the extent of the of seats reserved for those categories.
As you belong to EWS category you need to secure minimum 40 marks to qualify in it. But with 40 marks you may not get seat in a decent institute. You should aim to score minimum 80-100 marks or above in AP EAPCET to have decent chances of getting seat in a good institute.
As of now it is difficult to indicate the exact rank with the given score. However, considering the AP EAPCET marks vs rank trend over the years your overall rank is expected to in between 50.000-60,000. Eligibility requirements Of EWS Certficate :-
The candidate's family must make less than Rs 8 lakh annually.
There can be no more than 5 acres of agricultural property owned by his family.
The residential apartment should not be more than 1000 square feet.
If the residential plot is located in a designated municipality sector, its size shall be less than 100 square yards.
If the residential plot is located in an unnotified municipality sector, its size should be less than 200 square yards.
Following that, you must go to your local SDM office to obtain an EWS certificate for a 10% reservation.
You will be required to provide the following documents:
