Getting admission in NITs require general rank below 30000 . It would be safe if you get that. And you may get NITs till 40000 somehow and somewhere. So coming for EWS quota there will be 10% increment in seats.

Neet 2021 application form filling is divided into 2 parts/phases. You need to fill 1st part / phase before the last date i. e 06 August 2021 (upto 11:50 PM). The 2nd part/ phase needs to be filled before your neet Result or downloading of neet result/score card , NTA will notify separately later on about phase 2 filling.
One needs to upload following documents in part/phase 2 of application form filling

So, yes you will have to submit your ews certificate if you have chosen ews category
If you don't have ews certificate and want to participate in counselling as a general category, then you should change your category from ews to general category using correction window
Neet correction window will open on 8th August and the last date to use it is 12th August.
Here's how you can use correction window:-
*Visit neet.nta.nic.in
* login using your application number and password
* you will see an option by “ click here for corrections in the neet application form”, click on it
*now you can edit / correct your details.
*After making correction, for future references , take a printout of your correction slip .

When you change your category, from a category for which application fee is less to a category for which application fee is more . Then you have to pay the extra amount equal to the difference in the amount of application fee for the two categories.
For example,
While changing the category from ews to general.
Extra amount to be paid
=Application fee for general - Application fee for ews
= 1500 - 1400 = Rs 100.

In 2019 the cut off to get admission to Electronics and Communication Engineering for EWS-Female category was 33054 for admission in to BAPATLA ENGINEERING COLLEGE . This year it is expected to be around 33000. Considering the cut off you may not get seat in BAPATLA ENGINEERING COLLEGE in ECE but you have chances of getting seat in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Mechanical Engineering in BAPATLA ENGINEERING COLLEGE. The cut off was 94393 and 41026 respectively.
Cut off may increase or decrease depending on factors such as total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.
