Hello There ,
According to your rank , it would be tough getting into iit's , however you can go for counselling , you might get a lower branch in the last rounds . However you can try for other colleges that offer admission on the basis of JEE Advanced .
JEE Advanced score can be used to take admission to many colleges other than IIT which are these -
1)IISC Bangalore
2)IISER
3)IIST Thiruvananthapuram
4)RGIPT
5)IIPE
These are all national level research institutes and all are institute of national importance so you can try for them also to get admission .

Hello student
Yes, EWS reservation policy is applicable in every admission in colleges qualifying through EAMCET exam.
Although the reservation policy depends upon the respective States policy for reservation yet e w s candidates enjoy reservation of 10% in engineering and other government colleges who have qualified through EAMCET and belong to EWS category.
Hi Aspirant,
The reservation for EWS is applicable in Telangana for students appearing for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test(NEET) for medicine. But not for TS EAMCET or any other entrance tests link ts-cet examinations conducted by Telangana Govenment TSCHE .
Thank you.

It's certainly not possible to tell you about the admission possibilities as there are a lot of factors like no. of candidates and their scores which decides the admission. But as per 2019's cutoff and you being a general category candidate, it seems like you have less chances to get admission in the colleges of your preference. You can use the NEET college predictor tool, this will let you know the chances of getting admission in MBBS or BDS in other colleges according to your score, rank and category.Tap on the following link:-

Hello,
Last year, not all colleges were able to increase the EWS seats, though it was announced that 10% seats will be reserved for EWS category.
As per your question,EWS reservation is already 10%, so it is not going to increase, but since some of the colleges were not able to increase seats last year, they could increase this year.
Hello student,
Yes there will be ews reservation during Ts eamcet couselling. If you get a rank below 10,000 in ts eamcet you can even get free seat. if your rank is greater than 10,000 , then you need to pay RS. 35,000 as fees+ hostel fees if you avail college hostel. While compared to other category (oc ) students with greater income, you will get more preference during counselling.
