See MTG Fingertips is a good book for final practice but if you have not yet completed your syllabus then I would not recommend you to go with this book for any of the three subjects but yes if you have completed your complete syllabus of NEET 2021

You can use it as a practice material. But you should know the concepts thoroughly and practice as much as you can. This will increase your efficiency and will reduce the mistakes. You can practice from MTG Fingertips along with BM SHARMA books/Past year papers.

According to my knowledge, all the candidates who have completed their graduation (bachelor's) or are in the final year of their undergraduation degree can write DU LLB entrance exam for PG admission. And to fill the application form, candidate will only require marksheet of 10th and 12th class.

The passing year will be 2019. The year on which you are declared to be passed out is said to be the passing year. In your case its 2019.
