hey there

there is no restriction on applying for the exam but you need to pass the exam before ssb as during ssb on the very first arrival day your whole certificate will be checked and you'll have to show your passing certificate there and marksheet.

By this score it is hard to get admission in government Engineering colleges for mechanical engineering and computer science Engineering, if you are coming under general category.
