Dear Aspirant,
The first point you need to consider is whether to be a regular college going student or hold your current position and acquire an MBA through distance learning.
If you want to be a regular student then you need to write either Joint Entrance Management Aptitude Test (JEMAT) applicable to West Bengal for admission to the colleges in W. Bengal OR write Common Admission Test (CAT) for admission to the IIMs and every B School in India. CAT is much more difficult examination to tackle.
If you want to do distance learning at IGNOU – Indira Gandhi National Open University then you need to write IGNOU OPENMAT, which is their examination for their MBA programs. If you want to hold onto your employment then taking this degree in the distance learning format is advisable and their distance learning degrees are now widely accepted.
So the first thing to do is choosing the examination you intend to take and start preparing for it while working. Read about the good colleges in Kolkata and find out about their eligibility and then work towards achieving them. Having a good working experience will allow you to evaluate them better and choose the course that suits your career.
Good Luck
Hey Pronita

First of all let me clarify you that There are two types of executive MBA's provided by IIM's.
First one is the course with at least 5 years of work experience. This is a one-year full-time course, commonly known as PGPX. You can sit for placements in this course.
Second type refers to a part-time program for working professionals. This is a simultaneous program with the ongoing job and as a result of which candidates are usually not eligible for placements.
All the best!!
Hi
If you think you can manage 2 internships at the same time, without compromising work on any, I don't see any problem with it, in fact it will be an asset to your CV. During placement, you might be asked why you went for 2 internships, and related questions, and you should be ready with the answers. If they are satisfied, you are good to go!
Many top institutes have the executive program well designed with best placements
You have experience in technology and fintech is the combination of both finance and technology. So you can pursue Finance as the specialization
