hai aspirant,
I would like to suggest IIBS....IIBS offers full-time MBA for a period of 2 years. The course has been recognized and approved by UGC and Ministry of HRD.“Ranked as the top 3rd B-School in All India Category for its Placement drive.”Source: SiliconIndia. Study MBA at any one of the three IIBS campuses in Noida, Bangalore and Kolkata.
International Institute of Business Studies (IIBS) is one of the few
Top MBA colleges in Kolkata
. It aims to bring world-class management education with premium infrastructure and esteemed faculty to the students in Kolkata. Adding to it, IIBS also offers financial support to talented students who are unable to afford the course fees through educational loans.
IIBS classrooms provide its students a rewarding as well as transforming experience. And, maintains uniformity across its MBA campuses in Bangalore and Noida, too.

Dear Aspirant,
The first point you need to consider is whether to be a regular college going student or hold your current position and acquire an MBA through distance learning.
If you want to be a regular student then you need to write either Joint Entrance Management Aptitude Test (JEMAT) applicable to West Bengal for admission to the colleges in W. Bengal OR write Common Admission Test (CAT) for admission to the IIMs and every B School in India. CAT is much more difficult examination to tackle.
If you want to do distance learning at IGNOU – Indira Gandhi National Open University then you need to write IGNOU OPENMAT, which is their examination for their MBA programs. If you want to hold onto your employment then taking this degree in the distance learning format is advisable and their distance learning degrees are now widely accepted.
So the first thing to do is choosing the examination you intend to take and start preparing for it while working. Read about the good colleges in Kolkata and find out about their eligibility and then work towards achieving them. Having a good working experience will allow you to evaluate them better and choose the course that suits your career.
Good Luck
