There is no such reservation policy for the children of ex-servicemen in both IIT JEE Mains and Advanced. Reservation has only been distributed to OBC or NCL (Non Creamy Layer) EWS (Economically Backward Class), SC, ST, PWD and to female candidates also.

First point is if you have got management quota seat via counseling and confirmed your seat then you cannot apply in the next round of the counseling.

If you got management seat from direct admission then yeah you can apply in the next round.
