Praveen, FMS Delhi has many criteria on which it accepts your admission. It will depend on your score in the B Com, CAT percentile, School Grades, Interview, and many more. And yes probably a student with a regular degree would be ranked above the one with a distance degree.

As FMS delhi does not consider graduation marks your chances of getting FMS delhi is more if you get a good score in CAT. For ST category the cutoff is low and your 10th and 12th marks are good and thus as per previous year figures minimum composite
