Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, Delhi
Dear Reader,
As per your current qualification you were eligible for CAT and they allow only those people who will be eligible for colleges participating in counselling. It's okay if you failed in one subject. CAT allowed you to appear so you are also eligible for colleges.
Talking about FMS Delhi. It's last year cut off was starting from 98 percentile and as your score is 99% so clearly you are eligible for that.
Kindly visit the link mentioned below for more details.

If you are looking for an MBA in FMS then the cutoff for FMS in CAT is 99 percentile irrespective of what you have studied in graduation. But whether you'll get a call or not will completely depend on your past academic records and your profile apart from 99 percentile in CAT. So start working on your profile from now if you are planning to appear for CAT this year.

Hello Ramkumar

All they see is what you have scored in CAT and after that, your performance in Group Discussion, Extempore Speech and Personal Interview.
To get shortlisted for the final rounds of GD/PI and Extempore Speech you have clear the cutoff score in CAT.
