Please mention the course for which you want to take admission in FMS Delhi, because the percentage required in graduation or hsc are not the same for all programs.
Average package was 7Lpa at FMs BHU with 90% Placements as per official report released on website in 2017.
Highest package was 30lpa domestic.

There is no fixed percentage for all institute however generally studnets get seats at subsidized rate which shall rmeove registration fee for OBC NCL students .
Some colleges do have reserved seats and do get concession of 50% generally to 100%.

yes person can get admission in FMS college of university of delhi through cat exam. But this college also include others critera apart from cat. The selection basis is :
> 60% of cat
> 5% of 10th result
> 5% of 12th result
> 10% of group
