FMS gives importance your academic background as well with CAT entrance exam so you must have good marks in graduation for getting admission in the FMS , and yes GD/PI also plays a most important role for getting admission because at this stage they try to know about

You do have fair chances of making into the top IIMs above 92 percentile. Utilize this opportunity and prepare well, you have a better opportunity than the open category to clear it. Even in FMS, you won't need more than 90 percentile. Rest depends upon the second round. Best
I am assuming you are from general category. Based on your overall academic profile, you will need to score atleast 99.4 percentile in CAT to get a call for the next round.
FMS BHU is a decent enough college to be kept as a backup. It used to be a good college few years back but off late it has been struggling.
The harsh reality is that even a 100 percentile can gurantee you a seat as there is considerable weightage in GD/PI/WAT and academic background +work experience. Yes but you are likely to ge through unless you perform exxeptionally bad in the subsequent rounds.
