Fergusson College, Pune is a very reputed and prestigious college. It has a very good name in imparting Undergrad education in mostly Arts subjects but its other departments such as Commerce and science are decent too. However, regarding its being a highly esteemed college the cutoffs are extremely high

Hey Ricardo,

First of all you should know that Ferguson's is no more a government aided college. It's now autonomous. So you can join the college with management seats as well but you have to pay more for that.

Admission in the science courses in Fergusson College is based on merit. If one has to predict then he'd say that your chances of getting into any science programme of the college, given your percentage, are very slim.

We cannot tell anything about the admission because the admissions are decided based on the merit list and the merit list depends on the applicants who have applied that year and their marks.Basically the only eligibilty mentioned for admission in BA political science is that the student should

Cost of Application is INR 800 for General Category and INR 600 for reserved category.
Selection for MSc Microbiology is On the basis of merit and entrance examination for SPPU students and Entrance exam for students
