If you are asking about the CA foundation application form, then there is no need to send the form in pdf format.
CA Foundation application correction window-I (without fee) was available for one week from September 7, 2018.
Candidates can make the corrections by login to the account

You can unistall the app and re install. 

Register for the app again using different Email Id and Password and usernames and then you can get surfing new account. Make sure you are using stable internet connection with good speed on phone. 

If it still causes problems you can clear

We suggest you to take up either internships in top companies or Go for Graduation first into bCom/Bba/BAF and then apply to fulltime jobs via cafeer protals and Official pages of all companies.
