The application form of CA CPT 2018 will begin on October 4, 2018, in online mode. Candidates will able to fill and submit CA CPT 2018 application form till October 25, 2018, without late fee, and up to November 1, 2018, with late fee of INR 600/-.

As you are in class 11 , you cannot apply for CA CPT this year , but next year when you will be appearing for your class 12 board examination then you will be eligible
NIT Warangal is one of the best universites for BTech/Engineering. Its MBA is also good but you cannot compare it with the IIMs or other premier BSchools as it started its journey as a pure engineering college. Management was added later

It depends on college, if your college allow for fee waiver
then you have to submit the income certificate at the time of admission.
Then that time or after your money will be refund to you. There are differnet rule for colleges .
