Hi,
Well gpa requirements differ according to different Colleges and their admission criteria. Also scholarships are available for students to apply to fund their education. Search for your choice of college and country and you can easily find numerous scholarship opportunities listed.
Hi Vivek,
Thanks for your response. Vivek, I would suggest you narrow down your options by at least selecting the Universities. To help you with the same, I would provide the names of top-ranked universities for your perusal-
Stanford University- USA
Massachusetts Institute of Technology- USA

The Engineering domain is filled with a plethora of opportunities. Before, applying for engineering courses abroad you should first know about the variety of degrees that are offered at universities across the world. While most of us associate an MS degree with engineering, there are a variety of other degrees courses offered worldwide. Besides, the duration of engineering degrees abroad also varies within countries. To cite an example, while the US offers a 4 year BSE degree, in Australia and Canada, the duration for an undergraduate engineering degree is 3-4 years.
Now, the USA can be a good option for Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. Admissions to universities will be based on your GPA in your undergraduate studies, GRE score (if required), and IELTS/TOEFL Score.
Regarding scholarships, respective college/university provides the same to Indian students.
Hope it helps! Best wishes.
