There are various courses available,it completely depends on your own choice which course you want to choose .As you are a commerce graduate you can choose courses like M.com,CA,CS,CWA,CMA,CFA,etc.
Other options available are MBA,Law,diploma courses,etc.

Yes it can be useful.
Career in SAP is good both in terms of the salary structures and career growth. However, it depends on your interest and career objective. If you are interested to make your career as functional consultant of SAP then SAP FICO would definitely help you.
