According to me, you can do courses related to finance even you can do diploma as well but you can not do bachelor in finance because your stream is arts so you can only do diploma and some finance related courses, through which you can get job in future

It depends on the course for which you want to apply. Or if you want then you can go for the diploma courses in finance if you are willing to do the job of any kind of finance courses. Maximum you require Finance background except MBA.
