So Yes it is true the graduation degree should be from colleges/universities those are accredited by the ICAR.
All the best!!!
The cut offs for any course for which NEET is the entrance examination will remain the same. It is 50 percentile of the top NEET score for General Category and 40 percentile for OBC,SC,ST. Now this is the formula to calculate the cut offs. While the formula remains the same, the cut offs change. And cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Now in 2019, the cut offs were:
General Category: 134-701
OBC,SC,ST: 107-133
This year there might be a fluctuation of 15-20 marks in the cut offs. So if you belong to Reserved Categories, you should secure atleast 150 to be qualified and for General Category, it might be around 150 and above. This is just an assumption.
Hello Praveen, I found one of the best university of kerala which is having fisheries course is Calicut University which is having NEET criteria by rank is 44482 and if you want to check your rank by marks is NEET rank predictor by Careers360

To get a seat in fisheries in Kerala,
Candidates need to secure minimum 50% aggregate marks in Class 12 under a recognised board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and minimum 50% marks in Biology. Candidates must have qualified the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test ( NEET ) conducted by CBSE.
Hi Anu,
Ya fisheries is best one can opt. Even the placements are good with an average package of 7lacs/yr; and most of the placement are in government. Fisheries is one of that course which is rarely chosen, so the demand for hiring is high.

Hello Gopikrishna, I request you to please provide me the details of your course in which course and in which college you want to take admission as many of the colleges have moved to the admission process and some of them are waiting for the government orders. And as per the latest news, almost all the colleges will start their admission process for the new academics from September,. I will notify you when the admission dates of the colleges are released. Till then stay home and stay safe.
Hello dear student,
No it is not mandatory that to get admission for bachelors of fisheries science you have to give Neet or only Neet scores are valid. But yes there are few colleges which are accepting Neet scores for bachelors of fisheries like Kerala University of fisheries and ocean studies, Panangad.
While if you want to get admission into BSc fisheries one must have studied science with biology till class 12th and the selection process is either through state level entrance examination or via all India level ICAR examination.
I hope this was helpful
Thank you
Hey
For admissions into Bachelors program related to Fishery and Aquaculture, Mathematics isn't required in your 10+2 curriculum, but you need to have Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Also Fishery program has some Mathematics and Statistics to study in your Semester syllabus.
So, writing Mathematics isn't required for Fishery Courses.
All the best.
