If 53 is your percentile score and you do not belong to ST or pwd category than it is not possible for you to give jee advanced according to last year trend.
You need to qualify the jee mains with a good percentile and if you are from general category then you must secure 90+ percentile taking the safe side.I would suggest to work from the next chance that will be held in July if you applied for it and try to score a good percentile otherwise if you wanna go in a good college like NIT, IIIT , IIT you should take drop.

No, NEET is not required to get admission in Fisheries collage tuticorin.
The collage has following courses
For B F SC, minimum 50% in 10+2 is required for admission
And for M.F.SC an graduation in B F.SC is required.

I would like to inform you that the eligibility for BFSc is candidates should belong to Tamil Nadu State and must be below the age of 21 as on 1st of July of the concerned year. For SC/SCA/ST candidates, there is no age limit. Candidates should possess the Higher Secondary Course (10+2)/CBSE/any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto.

Yes, You can do m.sc in fisheries after doing graduation in zoology. You must score more than 65% to be on the safer side. Some of the colleges have amplitude test. The selection of candidates are based on entrance test score and marks obtained in graduation. The course fees are between 50k to 5 lakhs
