You haven't mentioned the state that you belong to and from which state you wish to apply for reimbursement. The eligibility criteria for scholarship/fee reimbursement will be different in each state. Based on the information available in your profile we consider that you belong to Andhra Pradesh. If a family member of the candidate is Government Employee and then the candidate is not eligible to claim fee reimbursement from the government of Andhra Pradesh.
As one of your parents is Government Employee you cannot avail fee reimbursement benefits.

Admission in Bsc fisheries in KUFOS i.e Kerala University of Fisheries and Ocean Studies is through NEET entrance examination. Also, to be eligible for KUFOS you must have studied biology, even students with biotechnology are not eligible. So you are not eligible being a pcm student without biology in KUFOS for bsc fisheries.

I am extremely sorry but you are not eligible for neet examination being a PCM student.
This is because,
To be eligible for Neet examination it is mandatory to have a studied Biology /biotechnology in your class 12th.
For your reference,
Neet eligibility criteria is provided below:-
As per, Neet 2021 eligibility criteria to be eligible you must be either appearing for 12th board examination 2021 or should have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got:-
----------) at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category
----------) at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc/St
----------) at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible.
* to be eligible for neet 2021 one has to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December 2021
* There is no upper age limit for Neet 2021
* There's no limit for the maximum number of attempts/times one can appear in NEET.
