Sorry to say dear but you didn't mention which department or in which subject you are going to be graduate. Because every department have different opportunity to get job in foreign countries.
Like if you are doctor then you have to give foreign entrance examination and going to foreign to get their MBBS degree and then you are able to check up patients.
If you are engineer then you will get job in India with any company which is work for foreign companies. So you will be going foreign within a year by your work.
