Hello
To become a pilot, you must have studied Physics and Mathematics in 10+2.
If you wish to become a commercial pilot, you should check for some of the flying schools and their websites. IGRUA, NFTI, Bombay flying club are decent ones. For selecting the candidates, the schools may conduct written entrance examination, pilot Aptitude test, interview. You must also have good communication skills and aeronautical knowlege.
You can go through the link below for details about IGRUA-

Hii
The basic educational requirement for flight attendant jobs is a high school diploma or the equivalent. Also, The airlines require flight attendants to be at least 18 years of age, pass a medical exam and meet height and weight requirements.
Following institute offer Flight Attendant Course-
Chennai Aviation Academy
CR Aviation Academy
Kingfisher Training Academy- Delhi
All the best.
Not really. As far as I know any graduate can become a flight attendant. Generally most airlines train the crew according to the safety and ther guidelines issued by the DGCA.
Getting started is as simple as meeting the basic requirements, preparing and applying. Most airlines accept applications and resumes online, some will require that you attend an open interview session in a scheduled location.
You can update your resume on job recruitment portal, you will start getting the calls about the same. Accordingly you can line up your interview and opt for the job.
Hope this helps!!!
