see you did not mention which colleges you are studying now. remember that most of the colleges dont take admission in middle of the semester. if you dont find any interest in current courses you can join another courses, but as i say most of the colleges dont take
yes you can do bsc courses in food technology. the basic eligibility criteria for food technology courses is you need to pass 10+2 course from a recognized board of education, need to secure 50% marks (general category) in 10+2 level , 45% marks criteria is for sc/st/obc candidates.
