You are not eligible for Mtech food technology as the eligibility criteria is graduating in B.E/B.Tech in food technology/ food process engineering/dairy engineering/food science etc.from  any recognised university.

You can persue Msc food processing after B.voc

yes there is good placement in pondicherry University. There are many off campus or on site interviews which is a bit challenging but if you qualify you will get a good amount of salary.

I would suggest you BHU,Some of their student do their PhD in their respective subjects after the MSc.
Admission is through counseling based on the rank obtained in Banaras Hindu University Postgraduate Entrance Test (BHU-PET) conducted by the university.
