Yes you can pursue this course with these subject combination as the basic eligibility criterian says that you must have Higher Secondary (10+20) or equivalent qualification completed from a recognized educational Board, with Physics, Chemistry, and Math as main subjects, and a minimum aggregate score of 55%.

There are many government colleges which offer food technology.For IIT Kharagpur you have to qualify Jee advance.For colleges like Jadavpur university,Kalyani governmnet college,etc you have to qualify Wbjee.After that you can take part in counselling and get seat in the college.
