Provides information on physical, chemical and biological contaminants in foods and awareness about quality management in the food production chain.
PROCESSING OF PLANTATION CROPS HERBS AND SPICES
The course is about the processing, equipment used and value addition of plantation crops like tea, coffee, coconut, cashew and arecanut. Also processing of spices, herbs and medicinal plants are dealt with in this course.
