With 70 percent can I get midterm college

You could try appearing for other entrance exams like VIT, SRM or even BITSAT. State entrance test prevelant in the state where you live. Except for BITSAT which asks for 75% in PCM, you are eligible for all the others where it is mostly 50%. Midterm colleges are a compromise and there will be no guarantee for the placements. My suggestion is no since you have 70% which is a good percentage.

Yes, you can get admission in a midterm college. But, it won't be satisfactory for you to pursue your future with those midterm colleges. The midterm colleges taking admissions with low scores are just for the sake of making money out of admissions.
I think you must appear for re-improvement of Class 12th exams. You will have to study hard for a year, but after that, your career will be growing quite rapidly as compared to being in midterm college.
