Yes, you can pursue food technology course without maths. The eligibility criteria for getting admission in the course is that t he candidate must have their 10+2 with Physics , Chemistry , and Maths or Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as main subjects from recognized board and they must have secured 55% marks.
