no NEEt is not required for occupational therapist , the basic requirement to be an occupational therapist is candidate must have passed 10+2 from recognised board with the subjects having chemistry, biology , physics and english with a minimum aggregate of 45 to 50 percent marks and same for forensic science , for forensic science you are supposed to clear the entrance exam conducted by university.

I serched a lot and couldn't find any College or university providing BSc in forensic science . There are a few providing BVoc and Msc in forensic science

You need a bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, biochemistry or forensic science. It will help you a lot if you get hands-on experience working in a chemistry or biology lab while you are in school. Almost all crime labs require techs to have a bachelor's degree, and many lab supervisors hold graduate degrees.

Masters entrance exam previous year paper is not available as board doesn't provide it. It is hard to get them from 2nd source.

Prepare as per the syllabus and practice as much as you can. You can ask for guide from teacher or friends who belong to same stream. If you know any senior then you can ask to guide you.
