i can only find 2 colleges one is in ahmedabad and one in vadodara

As far as i know there is only one college in Tamil Nadu providing this course, Karunya Institute of Technology and Science, Coimbatore.

As you wanted to do msc course and you  and you wanted to choose best course between msc pharmaceutical chemistry and msc forensic science and based on placements and based on salaries i think better prefer msc pharmaceutical chemistry and its a good course as comparitively both are
