Yes you can do msc in forensic science. Eligibilty criteria is : You need a graduate degree in science with relevant subjects from a recognised board and should have secured a minimum of 55% marks. You have done bsc in chemistry and botany so you are eligible for the course but  require 55% aggregate in graduation.

Bachelor and masters in forensics have a low scope as very less private companies hire forensic professionals and as far as the government jobs are concerned you will find very less or negligible vacancies, there is a lot of competition in forensics as students from both forensics and pure sciences can apply for the job in labs most of the time pure sciences students are given preference, so you should look for biotechnology as a bright way.
