As you have not mentioned any reservation category hence i am mentioning only those reservation category through which you could get admission in these two colleges:

College of Forestry Dist- Uttarakannada under SCG category and SCR category

College of Forestry Kodagu- Dist: Under 1G and SCG or SCR category.

In 2019, under 2A Category, a Rank of 4716 secured a seat in Kodagu Agricultural College. That was the cut off. This is 2019 Mock Counselling data. Though it is 2019 data and cut offs change every year, a rank of 18345 is too big for a seat in B.Sc

In 2019, a rank of 3641 secured a seat in B,Sc Forestry in Uttarakannada District which is College of Sirsi. That was the cut off for 3 A Category. There are only 2 B.Sc Forestry Colleges that accept KCET score and hence higher cut offs. Though this is 2019 data
